The location was amazing! It was close to all the popular areas, such as the Museum and the vibrant Badaro district with its bars and restaurants. I also loved how the staff was so friendly and helpful. From the manager to the receptionists, they made me feel welcomed and went out of their way to accommodate any requests I had.
Although the room was clean, there were a few issues that bothered me. the shower water temperature was inconsistent, making it difficult to enjoy a comfortable shower.

Great location for museums, bars, and restaurants. Friendly and helpful staff, from the manager to reception. Good AC and complimentary water bottles. Quiet location. Clean rooms and excellent service.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The executive suite I was upgraded to was beautifully designed and furnished. The high floor offered fine views of the city. The location of the hotel is perfect, just 100m off a busy street, making it both central and quiet.

I was really surprised when I was upgraded to a spacious and modern executive suite at this hotel. The high floor offered amazing views and the location was both central and quiet, just off a busy street. The room was well-designed and furnished, making for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The hotel itself is a proper institution, with attention to detail evident in the luxurious bed and linen, as well as the clean and well-maintained bathroom. The furniture and appliances were in good condition, further adding to the overall comfort of the room. The friendly and kind staff, as well as the nice café on the ground floor, added to the positive experience.
While the overall stay was pleasant, there were a few minor issues. The cleaning service could have been more attentive, as dusting and vacuuming were not done regularly.
